Reservation Terms & Conditions
These Reservation Terms & Conditions ("Reservation Terms") govern all room reservations made directly with Cebuview Tourist Inn, operated by Cebuview Realty Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), whether through our Website, email, telephone, social media channels, or other authorized booking platforms.
By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Reservation Terms.
1. Reservation Eligibility
Reservations may only be made by persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when making your reservation.
2. Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
-
full payment has been received (where applicable);
-
payment has been successfully verified; and
-
a confirmation email or booking reference has been issued by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations containing inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading information.
3. Room Rates
Published room rates:
-
are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP);
-
include applicable government taxes unless otherwise stated; and
-
apply only to the room type and occupancy booked.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation has been confirmed.
4. Occupancy
Room occupancy shall not exceed the maximum capacity established for each room type.
Additional charges may apply for extra occupants, subject to availability and hotel policies.
5. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required to guarantee your reservation.
We accept payment through approved payment methods, including:

Cash
-
Credit Cards
-
Debit Cards
-
E-wallets
-
Bank Transfers
-
Other payment channels approved by the Company
We reserve the right to refuse any payment that cannot be verified.
6. Third-Party Payments
For security reasons, we do not accept unauthorized third-party payments.
Where payment is made by credit card, the cardholder must be one of the registered guests unless prior written arrangements have been approved by the Company.
7. Check-in Requirements
Upon arrival, all guests must present:
-
a valid government-issued identification card; or
-
an unexpired passport for foreign nationals.
The Company reserves the right to refuse check-in if:
-
the identity of the guest cannot be verified;
-
the name on the identification does not match the reservation;
-
required identification is not presented.
8. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₱1,000.00 shall be collected upon check-in.
The security deposit may be applied to incidental charges, including but not limited to:
-
lost room keys;
-
lost remote controls;
-
damaged property;
-
stained linens;
-
excessive cleaning;
-
smoking violations; or
-
other damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Any unused balance shall be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the room.
9. Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify a reservation are subject to:
-
room availability;
-
applicable rate differences;
-
approval by the Company.
Modification requests should be submitted as early as possible.
The Company cannot guarantee that requested modifications will be accommodated.
10. Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation:
-
Reservations are non-refundable.
-
No-show reservations are non-refundable.
-
Reservation fees are non-transferable.
Requests for cancellation shall be evaluated in accordance with this policy.
11. Shortened Stay
Guests who shorten their confirmed stay after check-in may be charged a modification fee equivalent to one (1) night's room accommodation.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not available for confirmed reservations.
However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund under exceptional circumstances supported by appropriate documentary evidence, including:
-
official airline flight cancellations;
-
medical emergencies;
-
hospital confinement;
-
government travel restrictions; or
-
other circumstances determined by management.
Submission of supporting documents does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
-
natural disasters;
-
typhoons;
-
floods;
-
earthquakes;
-
fire;
-
pandemics;
-
epidemics;
-
acts of government;
-
civil unrest;
-
war;
-
labor disputes;
-
transportation disruptions; or
-
utility failures.
In such cases, the Company may offer alternative arrangements at its sole discretion.
14. No-Show
A reservation shall be considered a No-Show if the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice.
Unless otherwise agreed, reservations are held until 4:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date.
Guests expecting to arrive later should notify the Front Office in advance.
15. Early Arrival and Late Departure
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
Additional charges may apply in accordance with the Company's prevailing hotel policies.
Approval is not guaranteed.
16. Reservation Errors
The Company reserves the right to cancel or correct reservations resulting from:
-
pricing errors;
-
typographical errors;
-
system failures;
-
technical malfunctions; or
-
unauthorized modifications.
If payment has already been received, the Company shall refund the amount paid where appropriate.
17. Right to Refuse or Cancel Reservations
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any reservation where:
-
fraudulent activity is suspected;
-
payment cannot be verified;
-
false information has been provided;
-
the reservation violates applicable laws;
-
these Reservation Terms have been breached; or
-
honoring the reservation would compromise the safety, security, or operations of the property.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's liability arising from any reservation shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected reservation.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the reservation.
19. Governing Law
These Reservation Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
