Reservations
By using this Website to make room reservations, you agree to be bound by all our standard terms and conditions and by any other policies, terms and conditions that may apply.
By using this Website to make reservations, you hereby authorize us to use your personal information including credit card information that you provide to PAYPAL for the purpose of the reservation.
You are prohibited from using this Website for the purposes of reselling, posting, advertising or marketing reservations (whether online or otherwise) to third parties including online agents, third-party owned websites, or travel agents.
We reserve the right to require proper proof of identity (e.g. passports or government-issued identity cards) from all persons who check in with us. We have the absolute discretion to refuse a person to check in if the identity does not match with the name registered in the reservation form or if anyone refuses to provide the requisite proof of identity. We reserve the right to cancel or modify at our sole discretion any reservations that have been made in breach of the Terms and Conditions or for false, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings made through this website are non-refundable. In case of no-show, the total price of reservation is non-refundable. For shortened stays, the cost of modifying the reservation is equivalent to one night accommodation.
Payment
We require full payment to guarantee your reservation with us. Unless stated as part of your reservation, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of extra bed or towels, meals/drinks, laundry service and outgoing telephone calls are not included in the room rate paid.
We have partnered with PAYPAL to process all card payments in our website. If you are unsure of your booking, please do not proceed as we will not accommodate cancellations due to change of mind. Kindly note too that we do not accept third party payments. Cardholder must be a registered guest.
Security Deposit
Upon check-in, we require a security deposit of PhP1,000.00 to cover incidental charges (i.e. lost remote control, keys, damaged facilities, stained towels, pillows, blankets, sheets, violation to our no smoking policy, etc.). Any unused deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
No smoking Policy
To protect our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of our guests and employees, smoking is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas such as guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, lobby, kitchen, elevator and common restrooms. A fine is imposed to the person who violates the smoking policy. Repeat offenders will be refused accommodation.
Valuables
Please do not bring any valuables or excessive amounts of cash into our premises. We are not liable for any lost valuables, cash or belongings inside your room. Please lock your room at all times. If you will leave the room, please ensure that you keep your valuables in a safe place. Safety deposit boxes are available at the Front Office for your complimentary use.

Hotel Policy
By making reservations with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by all house rules, regulations, disclaimers, waivers of liability, and policies as prescribed by us from time to time; all reasonable directions, orders and/or instructions imposed by the inn; and all applicable local laws and regulations of the country where the inn is located during your stay.
You are required to comply with the rules and regulations relating to the use of any of our facilities, equipment and services. The use of these facilities, equipment and services are entirely at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage to property caused to any person arising from or in connection with your use of the inn's facilities, equipment and services.
For safety, security and housekeeping reasons, we reserve the right to enter a guest room at least once a day even if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on.
Your non-compliance of any of the above will constitute a breach of the Terms and Conditions. In such an event, the inn reserves the right to take all necessary action, including without limitation the actions set out in “Consequences of Non-Compliance” above, requiring you to leave the inn with no compensation and/or seeking compensation for loss suffered by the inn.
Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver by the inn or shall compromise the inn’s rights to rely on and enforce all statutory limitations, defences and powers available to it under local laws and regulations.
Governing Law
Except to the extent that another laws are applicable to you during your stay and that such application cannot be waived or altered by contract, the Term and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without giving effect to conflicts of laws, rules or principles.
